RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The client has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery of the product to communicate his withdrawal from the purchase of the product.
EL HIPPIE NERD SRL will not accept requests for changes due to withdrawal of purchases after a period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days after the delivery of the product. The client must also assume the relevant profitability rates in each case.
The customer will bear the shipping costs and must proceed to return it to the following address:

To facilitate the return process, THE HIPPIE NERD SRL makes its system available to the customer to manage returns quickly and easily. To use this system, the product must be in the same condition it was received. The customer must send the product in the same box or packaging similar to the original. In case the product is not sent with the original packaging and suffers damage, THE HIPPIE NERD SRL will not be responsible for said damages and therefore will not validate the change.
In case of the right of withdrawal, the customer will not have the right to a refund of the price of the returned products. However, THE HIPPIE NERD SRL will issue a voucher or credit note that can be used for an exchange of the product in no less than 30 days, provided that the returned products are in the same condition in which they were delivered; they have not been used, washed, damaged or lost before arriving at THE HIPPIE NERD SRL facilities or the requirements established in these conditions have not been met.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The products have the legal guarantee for lack of conformity of these that is manifested within a period of two (10) days from the date of delivery and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. The customer must inform THE HIPPIE NERD SRL as soon as possible regarding the defective products and provide visual material about the defect. The quality department of THE HIPPIE NERD SRL will determine the cause of the non-conformity.
The warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, inadequate tension, accidents, misuse, rain and washing. Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the quality department are excluded from the guarantee.
The client will not have the right to exercise the guarantee:
- a) If you do not have proof of purchase of the products. To make use of the guarantee it is essential to have proof of the order and payment of the products.
- b) If the original order status is manipulated or repaired, as well as the guaranteed product without the knowledge and authorization of the quality department THE HIPPIE NERD SRL
The customer must follow at all times, the instructions of the customer service and the instructions given by email to exercise the right of guarantee.
The client will contact via email email@example.com to exercise their right of guarantee if the casuistry proceeds.
We do not currently offer returns or refunds for international orders.
